E-Glow is a women-led organisation on a mission to transform lives by empowering women with the tools, training, and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s digital and mobility-driven economy. The E-Glow Women Empowerment Program is designed to equip young women from low-income communities across Kenya with the skills, resources, and support to build sustainable livelihoods—particularly through electric mobility and gig work.

Rooted in values of equity, access, and economic independence, E-Glow’s approach goes beyond short-term support. It creates long-term impact by helping women gain professional skills, financial confidence, and access to clean technology solutions. The program specifically targets women aged 18–35 affiliated with Saccos, self-help groups, or community-based organisations, ensuring reach into underserved communities where opportunities are often out of reach.

In partnership with Jiinue, a clean mobility financing platform, E-Glow connects women with affordable access to electric motorcycles, ensuring that cost is no longer a barrier to income generation or safe transport.
